By using Falcon Pdf you agree to these terms. They are written plainly. If a clause is unclear, write to us and we will reword.
Service
Falcon Pdf provides browser-side PDF utilities at pdf.falcon.enterprises. The service is operated by Enso Art Studio, Pune, India, as part of the Falcon Enterprises network.
No upload
Every operation runs locally in your browser. We make no commitment to handle your file outside your device because we do not handle it at all. If you choose to use a future paid service such as the planned Agent API, separate terms will apply, published at that time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Falcon Pdf to redact, sign, or modify documents you do not have the right to alter; to bypass legitimate access controls on a third party's PDFs; or to produce documents intended to defraud. We cannot detect such use because we cannot see your files, but it is forbidden by these terms regardless.
As-is
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranties about uptime, fitness for purpose, or absence of bugs. Privacy invariants are documented on /security and we treat any deviation as a serious bug, but we cannot warrant against every conceivable failure mode.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enso Art Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of Falcon Pdf. Direct liability is capped at the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, for free-tier users, is zero.
Falcon Verified
Falcon Verified anti-tamper stamps, when shipped, are an attestation that a file was produced through our pipeline at a given time. They are not a legal signature, not a notarisation, and do not by themselves bind any party. They are a technical signal, not a legal one.
Termination
You may stop using Falcon Pdf at any time. We may discontinue specific tools or the entire service with reasonable notice. There is nothing to terminate from your side because there is no account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated below. Continued use after a published change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Pune, India, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your residence apply.
