Privacy · The position

What we hold. Which is little.

Plain-language policy. The legal frame sits behind it; the substance is here. Last revised on the date stamped at the bottom.

File contents

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process the contents of files you open in Falcon Pdf. Every operation runs in your browser. Our servers never see your file.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records access logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response status, user agent, and referer. These are kept for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and capacity planning. They do not contain anything about your files.

Operation counters

When you complete an action — merge, redact, sign, etc. — your browser sends an op_completed counter so we know which tools are being used. The counter contains the tool name only. No filename, no size, no contents.

Cookies

The site does not set tracking cookies. A small set of strictly functional preferences (theme, last-used-tool) may live in localStorage on your device. These never leave your browser.

Third parties

The site loads no third-party analytics, advertising, session-replay, or social SDKs. Fonts are served from this domain. No data is shared with third parties because none is collected.

Agent API · planned

The planned Agent API at agentapi.falcon.enterprises follows a separate retention policy published on /security. It is opt-in by the calling agent and not part of pdf.falcon.enterprises usage.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data tied to you, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on request — there is no record to act on. If you write to us anyway, we will explain what we hold (essentially: nothing) and confirm in writing.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Jurisdiction

Operated from Pune, India, by Enso Art Studio. Disputes are governed by Indian law. EU and UK users retain the rights conferred by GDPR and UK GDPR respectively.

Changes

Material changes will be published here and dated.
